Why this space exists
Sacred Womb Healing was built by a woman who received her first abnormal Pap at 22 — and was told not to worry, that it would likely clear on its own. A year later, nothing had changed. Two years later, she was sitting in a colposcopy appointment, crying on the table, being told she was overreacting.
After a diagnosis of CIN 2–3 with high-risk HPV strains 16, 18, and 45, she began researching everything the medical system hadn’t offered her: the role of immune function, micronutrient status, chronic stress, and nervous system regulation in HPV clearance. She continued appropriate medical monitoring throughout.
Her follow-up results eventually came back clear — no abnormal cells, no HPV detected. That experience became the foundation for everything here.
INSIDE SACRED WOMB HEALING
Research suggests that immune function plays a central role in HPV clearance, with nutritional status and chronic stress identified as modifiable factors that may influence outcomes.
OBSERVATIONAL DATA — IMMUNE RESPONSE & HPV PERSISTENCE
According to the CDC, most HPV infections resolve on their own without causing health problems, though high-risk strains warrant appropriate clinical monitoring.
CENTERS FOR DISEASE CONTROL AND PREVENTION, 2023
Chronic psychological stress has been associated with altered immune regulation and may play a role in viral persistence, according to research published in psychoneuroimmunology literature.
